Stacey A. Maloney is an attorney at Band, Gates and Dramis, P.L.  Stacey received her Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration, from the University of South Florida, and her law and master’s degree in business administration from Stetson University College of Law. Stacey serves her clients with a personalized process addressing their legal matters in:  Business (formation of entities/foundations), Estate Planning & Administration (Wills/Trusts), IRAs, Probate, and Real Estate.

Stacey is a compassionate and tenacious transactional attorney.  She began her professional career trading on Wall Street.  Stacey has financial advisory experiences in institutional, private equity, hedge funds, and OTC.  With 20+ years of experience in the financial industry, former Executive Assistant to C-level officers in Manhattan, former legal assistant to both real estate and personal injury attorneys, and former financial advisor servicing individuals, businesses, retirement accounts, trusts, estates, and probate accounts at different financial institutions, most recently at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch working with the legal review department. 

Stacey’s mission is to provide legal services helping her clients build, protect, and preserve their assets so they can live life knowing their loved ones are taken care of and leave a legacy for future generations.  Known for her passion for the foster/orphaned population, Stacey owns an online cookie store, www.staceyssandcastlecookies.com, and donates 10% of net income to various non-profits that support these children.  Stacey aspires to open a foundation someday supported by her cookie company so that she can help foster/orphaned youth aging out of the system with their housing needs and their first-time home purchase.  Every child deserves a castle!©
